Rates are weekly. Pro-rate for longer stays. Add 10% government tax and 10% service. Rates subject to change without notice. A 50% deposit is required upon booking; full balance due 45 days prior to arrival for one week, 60 days for a longer stay. Deposit is refundable, less $50US handling, if notice is received 45 days
before arrival for one week booking, 60 days if longer than one week. No credit cards. Make checks payable to Karen Greenaway. References available upon request.
