Enjoy the rich New England Tradition of family life of seven generations on The Farm by the River Bed and Breakfast, nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, along the Saco River on 70 acres of forest & pastureland. A fireside or patio breakfast is included.
Ten lovely rooms with elegant, unique, yet casual decorum. All rooms with private baths, A/C and views to mountains or pastures. Some rooms with two-person jacuzzis and/or fireplaces- two room family suites too!
A place for all seasons: Winter trek out on horseback riding (offered year round), take a romanitc sleigh ride for two, or go snowshoeing. In the warmer seasons go swimming or fly fishing. Fall, take a stroll along the river through 11 acres of Maple Sugar forest- all right outside the door.
The Farm by the River B and B is conveniently located to North Conway Village with restaurants,dining and theater, one half mile to Echo Lake State Park, and golf. The Farm is minutes to downhill skiing: Mt. Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat, and Black Mtn. X-C SkiTouring Centers: Jackson Ski X-C Touring, Bear Notch, Mt Washington Valley and Great Glen Trails

On 70 scenic acres with mountain views along the Saco River. Seventeen horses in residence. Horseback riding all year, horse drawn romantic sleigh rides, snoeshoeing is offered. Also on site is fly fishing and swimming on the Saco River, and fall foliage nature walks. The inn is close to North Conway Village restaurants, shops and enterainment and just minutes to four downhill and three x-c ski touring centers. |

Deposit: A deposit in full is required for one or two night stay. For three or more nights, a 1st & last night is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit must be made to reserve the room.
Cancellations: Deposits are refundable minus a $15 processing fee if notified two weeks in advance of the arrival date.

Sorry, no pets, but you can share ours! Excellent veterinary kennel facilities are located 1 mile away.
Directions from Boston: I-95 North to Spaulding Turnpike, to Rt. 16 North to Conway. At the 4-way lighted intersection, turn left onto Washington St. Go 1 block & stay left where the road forks-this will put you on West Side Rd. Go 6 miles, on your right you will see a white farmhouse with red barns- The Farm By the River.
Jetports: Portland, Maine (1 1/2 hours); Manchester, NH (2 hours); Boston, MA (2 1/2 hours); Fryeburg, Maine, Eastern Slope Regional Airport (15 mins.) - no jets, for private or chartered planes.
