The incredible veiw is of Keauhou Bay from one side, and Kona Bay on the other side. Also on the lanai is a large new propane BBQ, for that perfectly barbecued filet mingon, ahi, or chicken ala Kona.
It has 1 large bedroom with couch in sitting area, King size bed, new bedding, windows, TV, portable telephone, new Spanish tile floor, mirrored closet, private entrance with attached master bath.
It also has 1 large upstairs Loft, Queen size bed, new bedding, windows, mirrored sitting area, marble desk, 8 foot by 8 foot sky glass ceiling directly over the bed to fall asleep looking at the stars and wake up looking at the morning sky.
The home has a very large gorgeous Kitchen with full tile counters and floor and all the amenaties and supplies, dual sinks, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, portable telephone, coffemaker, coffee grinder, full stove and oven with giant stainless steel venting, large refrigerator, toaster, tv, and ocean view. For your cooking pleasure there are all new pots and pans, spices, glasses, dishes, cookbooks, down to the wine glasses and cloth napkins. It also features a very comfortable large breakfast counter with leather chairs.
The main Dining area features a table for six, candles, cloth napkins, elegant dinnerware, with recessed lighting, and elegantly upolstered rolling arm chairs.
