Situated on a promontory, the property is protected from the surf by a reef that teams with ocean life just offshore.This is an ideal location for snorkeling, swimming, playing in the surf and watching turtles and whales.

Are you a surfer? Some of the best South shore surfing on the island is right here! And if you dont, its easy to sign up for lessons.

Just beyond the reef are four popular surf breaks: PKs, Smokies, Centers, and Acid Drop.

4 Night Minimum Stay Required

DEPOSIT of $300.00 at time of booking and full
payment is due 60 days prior to first day of
occupancy. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will
receive a rental receipt by mail.

A $250.00 A FULLY REFUNDABLE SECURiTY DEPOSIT is
required. This deposit is to cover additional
housekeeping charges of excessive cleaning,
laundry or accidental breakage.

NOTE: THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT PART OF THE RENTAL FEE.

The refundabe deposit is to cove additional housekeeping charges for excessive cleaning and laundry.

Clealning fees do not include maid service, which can be pre-arranged for an extra fee. Your vacation rental unit is cleaned prior to and after your stay.

Cancellation and reservation date changes must be received 60 days before scheduled arrival. The rent deposit will be forfeited (except for refudabe security deposit) if cancellations or change occur within less than 60 days, unless the unit can be re-booked. There will be no refunds for early departure unless the
unit can be re-booked.

Greetings Sylvia, Thank you so much for offering our family your kind hospitality and the opportunity to stay in your condo! This was our third visit to Kauai and it was definitely the best! The location and weather were perfect. Your condo was exceptionally convenient and comfortable - my wife Anna instantly loved the wallpaper, the burgundy bed cover and the blue green sheets in the master bedroom. Nothing could beat having breakfast on your balcony while watching the ocean, sea turtles, whales and surfers. What an experience it was to snorkel with the turtles in front of your unit! And at the end of the day we slept like babies to the sound of the surf. Kauai has certainly become busier over the years, and we were grateful for the relative quiet and smaller crowds on the west side of Poipu. We wish you health, happiness and all the best in 2007! Just wanted to ''THANK YOU'' for such a wonderful stay at #215 Kuhio Shores. It could not have been a better vacation. We were just blown away with the surf being right outside the balcony. The first couple of days we were fortunate to see fantastic 10 to 15 foot waves and even better surfers riding them. We just loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves, the surfers and the turtes. It was hard to leave, Regards, Marilyn
