Built in late 2004, this 2100 square foot luxury home is ideal for the large family, or for couples looking for the ultimate lake vacation. Just two minutes to the lake, it is convenient to everything and located in one of Havasu's most prestigious neighborhoods.
High end interior design and decor features valuted ceilings, oversized doors, and Italian tile throughout -- with lots of interesting floor coverings and art.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths: King in the Master, Queen in the second, and twins in the 3rd.
The Master Bedroom features a gas fireplace, creative lighting, and a tasteful, subdued decor in a variety of fabrics and earth shades. It has a walk-in glass block shower, walk-in closets, and lots of storage.
On the practical side, there is fully equipped kitchen, and a dream laundry room.
The house is large enough and designed for privacy, but it's perfectly sized for a couple by shutting off and forgetting about the two bedrooms. A game room is set up with Play Station II, DVD player (there's also one in the living room, with stereo), high speed internet access (if you care to bring your computer), and a few classic board games. There's a 50-foot patio with a gas bbq on the deck.
There are two TVs and DVD players, and a small assortment of music and movies. There is a 4-car garage.
Available for special occasions, corporate events, or long term rental. Also available five minutes away: 1-bedroom Hot Boat theme
condo, 1-bedroom,sleeps 4, at $85 per night.

$200 deposit due within 5 days of your reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
No cleaning fees on stays of 3 nights or more. Minimum 1 night stay. Nightly rate $300 on 1-2 nights.
2-bedroom and 1-bedroom condos also available in conjunction for larger groups. Maui properties also available.
