Yosemite Pine Arbor Retreat is a luxurious 3 bedroom home that sleeps ten. Here you can surround yourself with the natural beauty of Yosemite National Park. The house is located through the gates of the park in a quiet, scenic residential neighborhood. It is 20 minutes from Yosemite Valley and 10 minutes from Badger Pass Ski Resort. Amenities include a spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, DVD/CD/VCR player, redwood deck with barbecue and laundry facilities. Prices start at $290.00 per night for 1 to 4 guests, two night minimum (three night minimum 5/1 to 9/30). Holiday rates are $440 per night with a three night minimum for 1 to 10 people.
For parties of 1-4 people ask about the 1 bedroom Jumping Deer apartment.
The Jumping Deer Apartment rents are $150 per night - two night minimum (three night minimum 5/1 to 9/30).
Also, Cozy Bear Cottages has additional homes for rent. Additional accommodations for larger parties are available at Cozy Bear Cottages across the street.

Rental Policies

Additional 10% bed tax in addition to all rates. Three night minimum stay from 5/1 to 9/30.

There is a $200.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit. The deposit will be returned if all terms and conditions of the rental agreement are met. Rates are subject to change without notice. Payment in full is required thirty days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 service charge. There are no refunds for early departures or late cancellations (less than thirty days before arrival)
We accept VISA, MasterCard and checks and take credit card reservations over the phone.

| | | My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the Pine Arbor. We stayed over Labor Day weekend ''04. It made an excellent base for all of our hikes and excursions. It was so nice to come back to a home and be able to cook our own meals.
They had everything you could think of there, from condiments to coffee. Paper towels, everything! They even made sure that the gas grill was full of gas. (it was full of charcoal ashes too, from a previous guest. It took me a good half hour to clean it out, but it worked fine after that.) It was really like staying in a friends home while they are out of town. The jacuzzi tub in the master suite was great. It was also great to be able to use the washing machine to clean our trail dirtied clothes. We did have a problem with the toilet upstairs not working right, but there were two other bathrooms downstairs for us to use.
I would highly recommend it, and I would love to go back.
